⏱️ Wait Time
We include up to 20 minutes of wait time at both pickup and delivery. If the recipient is unavailable after 20 minutes, the package will be returned to the sender unless alternate instructions have been provided. A $25 return fee will apply.
🌦️ Weather & Road Conditions
South Florida weather can be unpredictable. While we strive to complete every delivery on time, severe weather, flooding, traffic accidents, or other unforeseen road conditions may occasionally impact delivery times. If delays occur, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
📦 Package Size & Weight
Our standard service accommodates packages up to 20 lbs and a maximum size of 30" L × 24" W × 18" H.
Need to transport something larger or heavier? Contact us before booking. If assistance is available at both pickup and delivery, we're often happy to accommodate oversized items on a case-by-case basis.
🚫 Prohibited Items
For the safety of our customers and driver, we do not transport:
Alcohol
Tobacco or nicotine products
Illegal substances
Firearms or ammunition
Hazardous materials
Live animals
Cash
Jewelry or other high-value valuables

✍️ Signature Confirmation
Every delivery requires a recipient signature for proof of delivery.
If you request that a package be left unattended or without a signature, Honor Thy Gift is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or weather-related exposure after the package has been left at the designated location.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, recipient names, and contact information when placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional fees, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
