what areas do you service?
Currently, we serve all of Miami-Dade County. Limited courier requests in Broward County may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. At this time, we do not service any other counties.
How quickly can my delivery be completed?
Whenever possible, we offer same-day delivery. Availability depends on our schedule, distance, and pickup time.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Absolutely. We encourage advance bookings whenever possible.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, based on availability.
Is my package insured?
We take every precaution to safely transport your items. However, Honor Thy Gift is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from inadequate packaging, fragile items, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
For courier deliveries, we'll wait up to 10 minutes. After that, the item may be returned to the sender or left only if prior written authorization has been provided. Additional fees may apply.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policies differ for courier services and gift box orders. Please review the appropriate policy page before placing your order.
Are there items you cannot transport?
Yes. We do not transport:
Alcohol
Firearms
Illegal items
Controlled substances
Hazardous materials
Live animals
Perishable food requiring refrigeration
Cash
Jewelry or extremely valuable items
Any item prohibited by law.
